Tesla CEO Elon Musk has stepped forward to offer financial relief for federal airport security workers caught in the crosshairs of a government shutdown.

This partial shutdown was triggered by Democrats filibustering funding for the Department of Homeland Security over disputes regarding immigration enforcement.

The shutdown has forced agencies like the TSA into emergency measures, while ICE remains funded thanks to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025.

Leftists are currently demanding that federal agents stop wearing protective masks and seek judicial warrants before entering private property.

“I would like to offer to pay the salaries of TSA personnel during this funding impasse that is negatively affecting the lives of so many Americans at airports throughout the country,” Musk posted on X.

While the private sector offers solutions, the federal government continues to struggle with its most basic responsibility of securing the nation.

We cannot allow partisan games to compromise the safety of our citizens or the rights of those protecting our borders.

The Constitution must be defended.
