Jake Paul delivered a fiery warning to NFL legend Tom Brady following a heated physical confrontation between the seven-time Super Bowl champion and Logan Paul at Fanatics Fest in New York City. The incident, which occurred Friday, has sparked controversy about conduct and responsibility in the public eye.
Speaking exclusively to Fox News Digital at Sports Illustrated Beyond the Pitch, Jake Paul didn’t mince words about the situation.
“I’m honestly p—ed. I wish I was there to back him up. But I have one message for Tom. The Paul brothers are coming for you and revenge is sweet. Tom, keep your head on a swivel.”
The confrontation erupted on stage when Brady and Logan Paul came face-to-face, with New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns attempting to intervene. Brady then attempted to slap the WWE star before security and others separated them, preventing further escalation.
Logan Paul took to social media to defend himself and criticize Brady’s actions, pointing out the irony of a celebrated athlete resorting to physical aggression.
“This happened bc I was roasting Tom for beating him in flag football. And he tries to smack me ?? Horrible example for the kids. Aura -100 + Blocked. With a torn tricep.”
Brady responded on X, dismissing Paul with a brief retort.
“I tried America… will try again next time I see this nerd.”
The incident comes as Brady has expressed interest in crossing over into the WWE world. In a recent interview on WWE star Cody Rhodes’ podcast “What Do You Wanna Talk About?”, the retired quarterback revealed his desire to get involved in professional wrestling.
“I need to get an invite. I’ve been waiting for (WWE president) Nick Khan to come up with some storyline for me to get in the mix. I feel like I’m retired from football, and I have an opportunity to go out there and still showcase that I’m a little bit of an athlete.”
Logan Paul is currently sidelined with a tricep injury, but this confrontation could set the stage for a major angle as WWE builds toward WrestleMania 43. The Paul brothers have become polarizing figures in combat sports and entertainment, with Jake making waves in professional boxing and Logan establishing himself in WWE.
The public altercation raises broader questions about professionalism and the example set by high-profile athletes and entertainers, particularly when their actions are witnessed by millions of fans, including impressionable young people.
Americans deserve better from those they admire.
