Judge Blocks Trump Order on Voter Citizenship
Liberty Check
- The federal court permanently stopped Trump’s citizenship documentation executive order for voter registration.
- The ruling emphasized states, not the president, hold constitutional election powers.
- Lawsuits argued the order would impose burdensome requirements on lawful voters lacking passports or extra documents.
A federal judge has nullified President Trump’s executive order mandating proof of citizenship for federal voter registration.
Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that the Constitution entrusts election administration to the states, not the executive branch.
Secure and fair elections depend on protecting states’ authority—patriots must remain alert when federal overreach threatens this balance.
The Constitution must be defended.

American Citizens want Proof of Citizenship to vote! We want ballots counted the same day! Not days and weeks later! Illegals should not be voting in US elections whether State, Federal or Local. And we want voting machines done away with and we want paper ballots!

The problem is that some states aren’t doing anything to stop the cheating! They’re encouraging it! Watching a video now about a guy who recorded the cheating in Michigan and they’re trying to lock him up for speaking out like Tina Peter’s. So yeah we need Proof of Citizenship for everyone to become law along with the things in my previous comment!!!
