Trump to Award Giuliani Medal of Freedom

Liberty Check

President Donald Trump has announced plans to award Rudy Giuliani the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the United States.

The announcement was made on Labor Day through Trump’s Truth Social account, with further details expected soon.

“As President of the United States of America, I am pleased to announce that Rudy Giuliani, the greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, and an equally great American Patriot, will receive THE PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM, our Country’s highest civilian honor,” Trump posted.

Giuliani’s recognition comes just days after he was injured in a car crash in New Hampshire, prompting concern among supporters nationwide.

Michael Ragusa, Giuliani’s head of security, explained, “Prior to the incident, Mayor Giuliani was flagged down by a woman who was the victim of a domestic violence incident. Mayor Giuliani immediately rendered assistance and contacted 911. He remained on scene until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety. Following this, while traveling on the highway, Mayor Giuliani’s vehicle was struck from behind at high speed.”

  • Trump emphasizes Giuliani’s service to New York and the country.
  • Giuliani assisted a domestic violence victim mere hours before the collision.
  • His leadership after 9/11 earned him the title “America’s Mayor.”

Americans must recognize those who champion liberty and step forward in times of crisis.

The Constitution must be defended.
