Dangerous Border Lapses Allow Terrorist Access

Liberty Check

  • A terrorist suspect obtained a Pennsylvania trucking license after crossing the border illegally.
  • Federal authorities say rushed policies prevented adequate background checks.
  • ICE officials warn this risk opens the door to national security threats.

The Department of Homeland Security has confirmed a wanted terrorist from Uzbekistan was driving trucks on American roads with a Pennsylvania commercial license. Lax border enforcement and rushed releases under the Biden administration allowed Akhror Bozorov to enter the country without proper vetting, despite his Interpol warrant.

The administration even issued Bozorov a work permit in 2024, opening the way for him to legally operate heavy vehicles across state lines.

Official Statements

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin declared,

“Not only was Akhror Bozorov — a wanted terrorist — RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration, but he was also given a commercial driver’s license by Governor Shapiro’s Pennsylvania. This should go without saying, but terrorist illegal aliens should not be operating 18-wheelers on America’s highways.”

She continued,

“Biden and Mayorkas allowed countless terrorists to come into our country. President Trump and Secretary Noem unleashed ICE to target these national security threats.”

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons issued a warning:

“We don’t know what they’re carrying across state lines in an 18-wheeler, terrorists will stop at nothing to harm the United States, and it is well within the realm of possibility that some of these trucks … could be carrying toxic chemicals, bombs, or God knows what.”

The Biden administration’s failure to enforce strong borders and properly vet entrants jeopardizes public safety and disregards constitutional priorities. Constitutional conservatives must demand policies that prioritize American citizens and hold leaders accountable for national security.

Our freedoms depend on staying vigilant.
