Ohio Schools Accused of Hiding Students’ Biological Sex

Liberty Check

Two Ohio school districts are accused of violating federal civil rights laws after leaders were filmed agreeing to conceal the biological sex of male students so they could participate in girls’ sports. The complaints allege the schools ignored state laws protecting single-sex spaces and parental rights.

  • Dayton Public and Three Rivers Schools leaders were caught on video agreeing to keep students’ biological sex hidden from parents and competitors.
  • Federal complaints were filed citing “deliberate indifference to harassment” and clear defiance of Ohio law and Title IX protections.
  • Ohio law requires schools to recognize biological sex for facility use and bans sex-change procedures for minors.

School administrators reportedly discussed accepting revised birth certificates to grant males access to female teams and spaces without notifying others.

“If it says female and that’s the birth certificate we have on the file, then that’s what we’re going to go with,” said Carla Rodriguez, Student System Administrator at Dayton Public School District, in an undercover video.

Debbie Fox of Three Rivers Schools also admitted, “She will be entered as a female and no one will know the difference.”

Michael Chamberlain, director of Protect the Public’s Trust, warned this is a threat to parents’ rights and the integrity of girls’ sports, stating that such policies are spreading despite opposition from local communities.

America’s school systems are duty-bound to follow the Constitution, honor parental input, and maintain clear boundaries for the protection of students.

Stay informed and demand that your local school districts respect the law and constitutional values.

The Constitution must be defended.
