Should President Biden Have Pardoned Fauci and Milley to Preempt Trump’s Potential Investigations?
Here’s The Scoop
In a stunning move that has left many Americans shaking their heads, President Biden issued a slew of controversial pardons just hours before leaving the White House. Among those receiving a presidential pass are Dr. Anthony Fauci and Gen. Mark Milley, figures who have been at the center of heated debates and speculation about potential investigations under the incoming Trump administration.
Biden’s last-minute pardons also cover individuals involved in the January 6 select committee investigation, including members of Congress and staff, as well as U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified. However, conspicuously absent from the list are Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Attorney General Merrick Garland, who may still face scrutiny from the new administration.
Dr. Fauci, a polarizing figure throughout the pandemic, expressed relief over the pardon, citing “politically motivated threats” as a source of distress for him and his family. While Fauci maintains his innocence, many Americans remain skeptical, questioning the motivations behind his actions during the pandemic.
Gen. Milley, too, welcomed the pardon, emphasizing his long service to the nation and expressing a desire to avoid unnecessary legal battles that could burden his family and colleagues. Yet, critics argue that such pardons undermine accountability and set a dangerous precedent.
The backlash was swift, with figures like Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., lambasting Biden’s decision as another blow to constitutional norms. Schmitt didn’t mince words, calling Biden one of the worst presidents in history and predicting he will be remembered merely as the placeholder between Trump’s two terms.
Adding fuel to the fire, Biden’s pardon of his son, Hunter Biden, has sparked outrage. Despite previous promises to stay out of his son’s legal troubles, Biden issued a blanket pardon, citing Hunter’s payment of back taxes as justification. This move has been seen by many as a blatant act of nepotism, further tarnishing Biden’s already controversial legacy.
Critics from both sides of the aisle have voiced their disapproval, with some Democrats even acknowledging the political fallout. Former Obama aide Tommy Vietor remarked on the damage to the Democratic narrative, suggesting that Republicans will seize this opportunity to highlight perceived double standards.
As President-elect Trump prepares to take office once again, the nation watches closely, anticipating how these pardons will influence the political landscape and what actions the new administration might take in response.

Preemptive pardons are an admission of some sort of guilt. All the above names mention have done serious damage to the people of the United States and should be investigated for their crimes and actions

The pardons infer if you support the president, you will not be punished no matter how the position deviates from the law or public welfare.

There is so many other crimes they can be prosecuted for that is not included in these so called pardons. Which are gifts so they don’t tell Biden’s secrets. The problem here this isn’t going to work. Trump has a way of still prosecuting them in so many other ways. Biden can not protect them. In the end they will not protect Biden. Biden, his family have so much criminal behavior that this will not save them. Hopefully, Trump will see them all in prison and all their money given to St. Jude’s and other children’s charities. Biden and his family has taken so much from the American people that they need to feel the pain they have inflicted on the American people for their own profit and greed. Just my opinion. Biden had the opportunity to do so many great things for the US. Instead was only worried about his, family, friends financial gains and keeping son Hunter out of jail. Hunter, if any other person would be in prison. But there is still things that wasn’t covered and couldn’t be covered in the pardon. Look into it Judicial system, there is many other federal laws they broke that can not be swept away with a blanket pardon. It doesn’t matter if your Biden, Trump or any other person the laws of the land should pertain to us all. The reason we have lost so much trust in our government to do the right thing is because of actions such as these. We need the government to step up and give the American citizens a reason to be proud of our government again. Not hold our heads in shame as people around the world see a naked Hunter doing drugs and chasing prostitutes. A president that can’t read from a teleprompter and not get it right. Trump may not be the answer but we need to get America back. We need the world to know we are strong, we are good people, we are people of our word. Many around the world wanted to be a part of the USA now many would not want to be here unless, for the free ride that has been given to many that don’t deserve it.

I just don’t understand how biden can pardon people who have never been convicted of anything?? What is he pardoning them against or for?? If they never did anything wrong, there would be nothing to find so all this has done is bring these people into the spotlight and now people think they are guilty of crimes. He should have pardoned himself because we all know he is guilty of serious crimes against humanity and treason to our country!

Hmmm! SO IF THEY WEREN’T GUILTY OF SOMETHING, THEN A PARDON ISN’T NECESSARY, NOW IS IT?!
