  • The Trump administration is pushing for a swift end to the conflict through direct diplomatic talks.
  • Vice President JD Vance is set to lead the U.S. team in Pakistan this weekend.
  • The White House says it has rejected Iran’s initial proposal as unserious and unacceptable.

President Donald Trump is sending a diplomatic team led by Vice President JD Vance to Pakistan this weekend to secure a permanent end to recent hostilities.

The high-stakes meetings in Islamabad represent the first in-person negotiations since conflict erupted in late February.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed the administration’s firm stance against Iranian propaganda and domestic media misinformation regarding the peace framework.

“The Iranians originally put forward a 10-point plan that was fundamentally unserious, unacceptable and completely discarded. It was literally thrown in the garbage by President Trump and his negotiating team.”

The President emphasized that the safety of the negotiating team remains a top priority as they work to finalize a modified fifteen-point proposal.

This move underscores a peace-through-strength approach that demands the regime acknowledge reality after facing severe consequences.

The Constitution must be defended.
