DOJ Battles Bar Weaponization Against Patriots

The Department of Justice seeks to end politically motivated bar complaints weaponizing state disciplinary processes against its attorneys.

“This unprecedented weaponization of the State bar complaint process risks chilling the zealous advocacy by Department attorneys,” the Federal Register notice warns.

Most state bars already defer to DOJ’s Office of Professional Responsibility, which handles misconduct tied to official duties.

“The ABA and its state bar affiliates are run by leftists who use their monopoly on the practice of law for political retribution,” Florida AG James Uthmeier declared on X.

Constitutional conservatives must rally to protect DOJ lawyers from biased leftist assaults undermining impartial justice.

The Constitution must be defended.
