Should White People Be Excluded From Corporate Hiring Events?

Should White People Be Excluded From Corporate Hiring Events?

Here’s The Scoop

In the latest affront to the principles of fairness and equality, corporate behemoths Target, US Bank, and Best Buy are collaborating with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultancy, the Rae Mackenzie Group, to stage a racially exclusive career fair. This event, dubbed the People of Color Career Fair, smacks of racial discrimination as it seemingly targets non-white individuals, sidelining white people purely on the grounds of their race.

The fair, scheduled for October in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has attracted a slew of sponsors including Delta Airlines, General Mills, the Minnesota Department of Education, and Minneapolis Public Schools. US Bank’s Chief Diversity Officer, Greg Cunningham, has enthusiastically endorsed the conference, revealing his company’s unwavering commitment to a skewed version of diversity that appears to uphold racial bias over meritocracy.

The Rae Mackenzie Group, in its audacious bid to promote racial recruitment, asserts that organizational success is unattainable without a workforce dominated by People of Color. This overtly discriminatory stance further undermines the notion of equal opportunities and fair play, favoring racial considerations over individual skills and qualifications.

It’s alarming that US Bank and Best Buy, who have previously partnered with McKinsey and Company to run professional development trainings that blatantly discriminated against white employees, are again endorsing racially exclusionary practices. Target, too, is no stranger to controversy, having weathered a boycott last year over its LGBT children’s clothing line and merchandise.

The growing trend of race-based discrimination, targeting white and Asian people, is becoming worryingly prominent in corporate America. Companies like NASCAR, IBM, Oracle, and the Kraft Group have been implicated in similar discriminatory practices in the name of DEI.

Yet, these corporations and the Rae Mackenzie Group remain unresponsive to criticism and requests for comment, leaving us to question how far they are willing to push their warped version of diversity at the expense of basic fairness and equal opportunity.

You can’t fight racism by being racist yourself!

This creates racism among people who have never been racist. It’s the opposite of equal and fairness and everyone should boycott any company who participates in anything like this.

“People of color” are still only 1 in 9 and even though they have been treated like equal numbers. People should be hired only for their ability, period. Just look at TV. Every other commercial is black or a black man with a white woman. Equality has gone crazy and needs to swing back to reality. How did radical liberalism get such a foothold on our society?

That is the truth. 8 out of every 10 tv commercial is predominantly black, or the sob’s who write the tv ads show white folks as ignorant and the blacks as near genius. How many black geniuses have you seen? And almost 8 out of every 10 commercials are narrated by blacks. SICK of tv ads!!

Equality is not about being separated from everyone .is being together competing for the best .no by the color of my skin ,but my capacity for the job ,the idiotic thinking is for idiot people ,who wants everything by being incapable of doing Nothing .

To run a successful business you have to hire the best people for the job. Excluding people for any reason means you might not get the people you need or are available. On the other hand, your competition might.
    Go Woke, Go Broke.

Well, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all of the people all the time……

This whole movement is run by people that want recognition. The white and Asian victims are people that were never perpetrators of any racism and are being made an example of by companies in power. These companies can do these atrocities because they just can. Look through any category of business and you’ll see predominantly people of color in the adds. I don’t know about any others reading the title article, but I feel I’m being targeted and for no logical reason for a crime I never committed!! It’s for a group of people who have been whining and they got their way.

This is complicated by the investment managers who use an ESG score (Environment, Social, Governance)
Companies are doing stupid things to improve their ESG score and impress investors
They don’t even care that all this DEI stuff does nothing for their bottom line, meaning they don’t care about shareholders either, Many of these investors are dependent on the companies dividends as part of their income.

Be aware that some airlines and air traffic controllers are being hiring on DEI. Fly at your own risk.

White people need to boycott target and these other companies, don’t buy anything from them, let them do business with the people of color, see how that works for them,

Looting, trying to sneak out of the store with 3 pairs of pants on or 3 or 4 shirts hidden under a bulky jacket.

Another example of hiring someone not by qualification but by the color of their skin. Just experienced how the airlines are hiring blacks over qualified applicants.

It will be interesting how airlines react when the DEI Pilot they hired crashes a plane because said Pilot doesn’t know what to do.
