Illegal Migrant Truckers: Deadly Consequences Ignored
Liberty Check
An Indian national who entered the U.S. unlawfully during the Biden administration has been charged with causing a fatal crash in Oregon that took two lives. Federal and state authorities released Rajinder Kumar into the country, issued him a commercial driver’s license, and allowed him on American highways.
These tragic deaths highlight ongoing failures in border security and the reckless issuance of CDLs to illegal migrants, undermining both public safety and the rule of law.
- Rajinder Kumar unlawfully crossed into Arizona in November 2022 and received U.S. work authorization and a California commercial driver’s license the following year.
- He blocked both lanes on Highway 20 in Deschutes County, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of William Micah Carter and Jennifer Lynn Lower in a collision.
- Oregon’s sanctuary state policies, lax federal enforcement, and California’s improper licensing of non-citizens have cultivated an environment where illegal migrants operate large trucks nationwide.
Constitutional conservatives must demand real accountability from federal and state leaders who put political convenience above citizen safety. Nationwide, there’s no excuse for allowing illegal migrants to drive 18-wheelers on American roads.
The Constitution must be defended.
