Democrats in TOTAL PANIC as Kamala Harris Faces Growing Revolt Over 2028 Run

  • Harris allies are scrambling to defend her political relevance after multiple Democratic insiders publicly questioned whether she squandered her post-2024 chances.
  • Calls for radical policies like expanding the Supreme Court, statehood for DC and Puerto Rico, and lowering the voting age to 16 highlight the far-left drift within the party.
  • President Trump’s decisive 2024 victory continues to reshape the electoral map as Democrats desperately search for a viable path forward.

Former Vice President Kamala Harris is facing fresh doubts from within her own party about her viability as a 2028 presidential contender. A new report shows growing skepticism among California Democratic donors and strategists who argue she has failed to reinvent herself after her 2024 loss.

Veteran Democratic strategist Maria Cardona, an outside advisor to Harris, dismissed the criticism as “infuriating in its silliness.” Cardona insisted that Harris has rolled out bold new ideas, including proposals to expand the Supreme Court and grant statehood to Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico.

Longtime Democratic strategist Doug Herman, who worked on Barack Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns, told Politico that Harris “totally blew it… She hasn’t gotten into the mix.” Former South Carolina Governor Jim Hodges echoed that sentiment, stating, “I don’t see anything different myself. It seems like more of the same to me.”

Cardona defended Harris’ post-election efforts, claiming the former vice president has been traveling the country nonstop to mobilize young voters, women, Black voters, and Latino voters. She argued that Harris would face backlash if she focused solely on her own political ambitions instead of helping Democrats win in the midterms.

Despite the defensive spin from her inner circle, Harris’ 2024 campaign ended in defeat after she replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee. President Donald Trump swept all key battleground states and reclaimed the White House in a decisive victory.

A Democratic consultant who spoke anonymously told Fox News Digital that voters still associate Harris with the 2024 loss, noting that “voters feel like they haven’t heard much from Harris, which means bad memories from her 2024 election loss remain fresh in their minds.”

Other strategists pushed back against the consultant class, arguing that the 2028 primary has not yet begun. One strategist pointed to Joe Biden’s successful third presidential run, suggesting Harris could follow a similar path despite repeated setbacks.

Our freedoms depend on staying vigilant.
