Liberty Check
- Trump secured a temporary peace between Israel and Lebanon beginning Thursday at 5 P.M. Eastern Time.
- Leaders from both nations are invited to the White House to continue negotiations for a long-term resolution.
- This diplomatic breakthrough occurs as the administration maintains pressure on the Iranian regime to end regional instability.
President Donald Trump has successfully brokered a ten-day ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon after weeks of intense border conflict. The truce is designed to halt military operations against the Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah and open the door for high-level diplomatic discussions.
The President highlighted his direct engagement with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to reach this agreement.
“These two Leaders have agreed that in order to achieve PEACE between their Countries, they will formally begin a 10 Day CEASEFIRE,” Trump stated.
This decisive action contrasts with decades of failed foreign policy, focusing instead on neutralizing the Iranian threat and protecting American interests. The administration remains committed to using American strength to ensure global security and uphold the sovereignty of our allies.
The Constitution must be defended.
