Israel Receives Hostage Coffins, Vows Defiance

Israel has taken possession of two coffins containing hostages’ remains from Gaza via the Red Cross. Identification and proper respects will be handled before the families are notified and the remains are released to them.
Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office reported the transfer was conducted by the Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet inside Gaza.
The coffins were brought into Israel for a formal military reception.
