Should Only American Citizens Be Allowed to Vote in US Elections?

Here’s the Scoop

As the United States gears up for one of the most pivotal elections in recent history, a resounding consensus has emerged among voters: the sanctity of American elections must be preserved for American citizens alone.

An exclusive poll, revealing a staggering 85.5% of voters in favor of this principle, underscores a nationwide demand for electoral integrity that cannot be ignored.

This overwhelming majority is not just a statistic; it’s a clear mandate from the American people. They stand united in their belief that the right to vote in U.S. elections — from local to federal levels — should be exclusively reserved for those who hold American citizenship.

This stance is a robust rebuke against the potential dilution of American votes by noncitizens, a concern amplified by the ongoing debates over border security and illegal immigration.

The poll, commissioned by Tea Party Patriots Action and conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, also highlights a significant endorsement for stringent measures to safeguard our electoral process.

With more than 86% of voters advocating for proof of American citizenship to register and vote, it’s evident that the populace demands action to prevent foreign interference in our democratic proceedings.

As voices across the political spectrum call for measures to enhance election security, this poll serves as a potent reminder of the foundational principle upon which the United States was built: a government of the people, by the people, for the people — and that means American citizens.

As we approach a critical juncture in our nation’s history, the message is clear: safeguarding the integrity of our elections is paramount, ensuring that every vote cast is both legitimate and reflective of the American will.

Our border should be closed indefinitely until we can deport millions of illegals and send Soros with them.

Our nation’s constitution and bill of rights gives only citizens the right to vote. We are a republic not a democracy as most people believe thru counter culture rhetoric. The illegals are not even from the American continent anymore who are looking for a better life and are willing to work. This has always been an extreme left Democrat ploy to pad the general vote in their favor as witnessed by the southern Californian total control over our elections.

Oh, Maggie, I am so with you on this, including your mention of that evil man, Soros. I have said repeatedly that he should be sent back to where he came from – Hungary, I believe. He should be deported as he is an enemy of this country. I would dance with joy if this could happen.

Only American citizens have the privilege and right to vote in our elections. Voting is NOT part of the pathway to citizenship! It is a privilege that legal immigrants earn after being naturalized. It never be a reward for violating our border and our immigration laws. When they illegally enter our country they have already started down the wrong path. Neither should anyone in the United States illegally be permitted to work in government job or hold public office. People who illegally invade our nation are citizens of foreign nations and those nations do not have a right to influence our election nor to have representation in pour government.

That fact does not stop them from voting. Just like laws against murder do not stop murders.
