Uninvited Woman Breaches Kamala Harris Property Twice — No Arrest Made

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to former Vice President Kamala Harris’ Malibu residence Friday night after an uninvited woman showed up at the property on two separate occasions. The incident raises serious questions about security protocols and the consequences of illegal trespassing.

According to reports, the woman arrived at the $8 million estate via Uber and attempted to contact security personnel at the gate. She was informed she needed to leave immediately.

Despite the clear warning, the unidentified individual returned a second time. Harris’ security team then contacted local law enforcement shortly after 10 p.m.

Remarkably, the woman was not arrested despite the repeated trespassing. FOX 11 confirmed no charges were filed following the security breach.

President Donald Trump revoked Harris’ Secret Service detail last year. The protection had been extended by former President Joe Biden well beyond the traditional six-month window typically provided to former vice presidents.

Lt. Jason Duron, a watch commander at the Malibu/Lost Hills sheriff’s station, addressed the incident:

“We are stepping up patrols of the property to be safe.”

Eduardo Negrón, a spokesman for Harris, released a statement characterizing the breach:

“Last night, security personnel stopped an individual who illegally entered Vice President Harris and Second Gentleman [Doug] Emhoff’s property before the individual reached the home. They are grateful to the security and law enforcement personnel who responded swiftly.”

Negrón confirmed that neither Harris nor former second gentleman Doug Emhoff were present at the residence during the incident. The couple purchased the coastal property in January 2025.

Harris, a California native, previously served as District Attorney of San Francisco, Attorney General of California, and U.S. Senator before joining Biden’s presidential ticket. She has maintained deep ties to the Golden State throughout her political career.

The incident echoes more violent home invasions targeting high-profile political figures. In 2022, a man broke into then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco residence and attacked her husband Paul Pelosi with a hammer. The attacker was later sentenced to life in prison without parole.

The lack of an arrest in this case stands in stark contrast to the serious criminal consequences that typically follow property intrusions and trespassing violations. Law enforcement’s decision not to detain the individual remains unexplained.
