Criminal Referral Targets 2019 Whistleblower After Document Release
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has released documents previously hidden from President Trump’s legal team during the 2019 impeachment. The materials allege a coordinated effort to build a conspiracy on false allegations and political bias.
The whistleblower behind the Ukraine controversy allegedly had no actual evidence and maintained close ties to then-Vice President Joe Biden. The documents also claim intelligence officials withheld exculpatory information.

- Tulsi Gabbard submitted criminal referrals to the DOJ regarding the 2019 whistleblower and associated intelligence figures.
- The released files claim evidence was withheld from Trump’s defense, raising due process concerns.
- The whistleblower is reportedly linked to high-ranking political opponents of the administration.
“It is always the right time to expose the truth to the American people,” Gabbard stated during a recent interview regarding the referrals.
“I want to refer information that may constitute possible criminal activity in violation of federal criminal law committed by one or more former employees of the intelligence community,” noted the ODNI general counsel.

The Constitution must be defended.
