Brazilian Leftists Claim Victory After Court Extends Voting Hours

  • Radical left leader Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva seizes power for a fourth term with help from activist judges
  • Supreme Court intervenes to extend voting time in a move critics call unconstitutional
  • Conservative challenger Flávio Bolsonaro and supporters allege widespread irregularities ignored by elites

Leftist icon Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva secured a razor-thin win Sunday night after Brazil’s Supreme Court dramatically extended voting hours in key districts.

Conservatives across the country immediately cried foul, charging the intervention handed the election to the Marxist former president.

“This is a direct attack on the integrity of our democratic process,” said one opposition leader.

Flávio Bolsonaro, the conservative senator running in his father’s footsteps, refused to concede and vowed to fight the results.

“We will not allow this election to be stolen from the Brazilian people,” Bolsonaro declared.

Critics say the unprecedented court order opened the door for last-minute manipulation in Lula strongholds.

With the globalist elite celebrating the outcome, many Brazilians fear a return to the same socialist policies that tanked the economy during Lula’s previous terms.

Our freedoms depend on staying vigilant.
