Should Hunter Biden Be Held in Contempt of Congress?

In a groundbreaking move, the House Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committee have passed resolutions to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress. This comes after Biden’s audacious defiance of a congressional subpoena, a key component of the House impeachment inquiry against President Biden.
The vote at the House Judiciary Committee was a decisive 23-14, clearly demonstrating the gravity of the situation. These resolutions are now set to go to the House Rules Committee.
However, it remains uncertain whether both resolutions will be considered separately on the floor for a full vote, or if the House Rules Committee will consolidate them into a single resolution for a contempt of Congress vote. Insiders suggest a full House floor vote could be imminent, possibly as early as next week.
Despite Hunter Biden’s surprise appearance at the House Oversight Committee markup with his attorneys, his refusal to comply with the subpoena remains a glaring issue.
His audacious claim that his “father was not financially involved in my business” does little to alleviate concerns.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., has been firm in his stance, stating that Hunter Biden’s “willful refusal to comply with the committees’ subpoenas is a criminal act” and that “all Americans must be treated equally under the law. And that includes the Bidens.”

Hunter’s arrogance that he and his father are untouchable need be proven wrong. There is a growing sentiment among Americans that are sick of these entitled politicians and their family members that believe they are above the law. The simple fact that these people are our employees, WE THE PEOPLE are their bosses and they need be held accountable.

He should be held in contempt and sentenced to 20 to 50 years in the SUPERMAX. The RICO Act was enacted to be used against Organized Crime Families and was successful. The biden CRIME Family, clinton Crime Family and obama Crime Family are worst than any MAFIA Family, why aren’t they being tried using the RICO Act and sentenced accordingly to a minimum sentence of life in the SUPERMAX.
