Should DEI Programs Be Banned?

Should DEI Programs Be Banned?

Here’s The Scoop

In a bold move, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has joined Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis in banning the use of state funds for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs across all state agencies and universities.

This decision has sparked a national conversation, prompting us to ask our readers: Should DEI Programs Be Banned?

The move by these two conservative leaders reflects a growing concern among many Americans about the potential dangers of DEI programs. Critics argue these initiatives often promote a divisive ideology that categorizes individuals based on their race, gender, or sexual orientation rather than their merits or character.

Governors Stitt and DeSantis have firmly planted their flags on this issue, but what do you think? Should DEI programs be banned? We invite you to participate in our poll and make your voice heard in this critical debate.

What do you think? Let us know by participating in our poll, or join the discussion in the comment section below!

You can’t end discrimination by using discrimination. That’s all DEI is.

Martin Luther King, people should be judged by the content of their character. Skin color, gender, Nationality, none of these things should matter, we are all gods children. When the government starts demanding that schools, business, or other entities must abide by DEI, they are in fact, discriminating based on the above mandates they embrace

There is a thing that DEI has accomplished very well. In large corporations, schools, and government itself—-it has placed not-so-much qualified personal in charge of areas that need the best people in them, not the woke operators that are taking these positions. It is showing up in the quality and in the production of goods and profit, therefore causing failure and out-of-business conditions, failure in our schools, and incompetence in our government, and no one at the highest levels are paying the consequences for their actions. The ones that are in charge, just seem to move on to a higher level, to spread their incompetence. With DEI at the helm, it will inevitably cause the downfall of all involved with it.

I could not have said it more succinctly, therefore I will not even try. If this continues, our country will no longer be the great country it was and should be to this day. The above was beautifully written and, I might add, truly sickening.

College is supposed to be about education not “diversity”, not liberal brainwashing, not getting paid to play sports. Employment is supposed to be a quota-free meritocracy. Why the liberals believe 2 wrongs DO make a right is beyond me.

I want to build a 100 Story sky scraper in the middle of the most populated city in California. and I want to build it close to the San Andres Fault line, an I want a black woman to design it and build it, I don’t care if she is qualified as long as she is Black. and I want the Government to back the funds to build this big monster building. and I want the Government to mandate that only Government workers can be in this building, lets make it more interesting lets put the most prestigious colleges in there. Now lets see how many people will work there.

There is one goal in educating our youth…..preparing our youth to be able to go out into the world and make positive contributions to maintaining and improving
mankind’s existence on this Earth. The ole adage…. it’s learnin’ to read (most important one), write understandable sentences legibly and do arithmetic…. this’s what is basically needed by every youngster. Add peripheral subjects as desired to expand learnin’ later in the education cycle…. but DEI thru CRT (culturally responsive teaching) detracts from the basic mission of education.

It’s just Government Sponsored BIGOTRY! Where else can you hire people BASED solely on THEIR SKIN COLOR, THEIR GENDER, or THEIR SEXUAL PREFERENCE (FLUIDITY), without being arrested as a bigot – for a hate crime! How can anyone say it’s anything else?! It totally boggles my mind!
