Hunter Biden Guilty on All Counts. Should He Receive Jail Time?

Hunter Biden Guilty on All Counts. Should He Receive Jail Time?

Here’s The Scoop

The liberal media can no longer shield Hunter Biden from the truth. A Delaware jury has found the president’s son guilty of three felony gun charges, exposing his long-hidden history of drug addiction and reckless behavior. Despite his not-guilty plea, the evidence was irrefutable: Hunter Biden was using narcotics while in possession of a firearm, a blatant violation of federal law.

As the verdict was read, Hunter Biden merely nodded, a small acknowledgment of his undeniable guilt. The trial, the first of its kind involving the offspring of a sitting president, has cast a long shadow over Joe Biden’s re-election campaign. Jill Biden, notably absent during the verdict reading, rushed to comfort her son afterward. This family drama unfolds while the nation watches, questioning the standards of justice and accountability.

Two of the counts carry maximum prison sentences of 10 years each, while the third could add another five years. Although federal guidelines suggest a sentence of over a year, the judge has the discretion to impose a harsher penalty. Each count also carries a hefty fine of up to $250,000.

In a statement, President Biden said he and Jill “love our son” and are “proud of the man he is today,” a sentiment that rings hollow considering the gravity of the charges. The president has vowed not to pardon Hunter, but can we trust a father to remain impartial?

The trial featured shocking testimonies from Hunter’s former romantic partners, revealing the depths of his drug addiction. Prosecutors presented damning evidence, including text messages and photos of Hunter using drugs, to prove he was a chronic user during the gun purchase. “The evidence was personal, it was ugly, it was overwhelming,” said prosecutor Leo Wise.

Hunter’s defense argued that he didn’t “knowingly” violate the law, claiming he didn’t consider himself an addict at the time of the gun purchase. But even Hunter’s own writings betray him. His book details his struggles with addiction, a reality hard to deny.

This verdict is a clarion call for justice. Should Hunter Biden be held accountable like any other American, or will his last name shield him from the consequences of his actions? The American public deserves an answer.

Hunter Biden should receive the same punishment that the average citizen would receive. It’s time we stop special treatment for famous people.

I can’t stand any of the Bidens and Hunter is 100% guilty of the current law. However there’s this thing called jury nullification, juries can nullify laws. That should’ve been done as all gun control laws are unconstitutional. But as they didn’t nullify the law, he should serve time, preferably the Max and max fines

He lied to everyone. Apparently there is a text to a drug dealer made night before he purchased the gun.
He is a chronic liar like his old man. The amount on corruption in that family is sickening and they have gotten away
with it. Biden has poisoned the whole judicial system and they are trying every TRICK in the book to prevent Trump from running. It is a disgrace and we are the laughing stock of the world with Biden being so incompetent. And don’t think for a minute places like Ukraine are taking total advantage of him. The American people have the RIGHT to know where all that money has truly gone that has been given to Ukraine. Who is getting kickbacks? We know that is how Biden rolls. The whole thing is a total disgrace. And for Biden to allow the illegals invading this country murdering, raping, drugs killing Americans and now they have arrested foreign nationals suspected of being ISIS putting this country in real danger. All the Chinese Nationals same thing. We should NOT be selling China land in this country. We all know they want to take over the US. We cannot let that happen. Anyone selling farmland to these people are TRAITORS to your country and its TRUE PEOPLE. Stop the flow of illegals and the funding of OUR tax dollars. ALL STATES MUST STOP THE SALE OF LAND TO CHINA.

Why do even have to ask this foolish question? It’s the law, for a reason. Now enforce it!

Biden needs to receive punishment to the fullest according to law…. And so should former president Trump. NO ONE is above the law.

So, if a Prosecutor would trump up a misdemeanor charge to 34 Federal Criminal charges against you, you’d be fine with that…really..??? Don’t think so…

I am very right wing firearm owning Republican and not an admirer of the Biden’s. This stupid law is just playing tit for tat and making us sink to their level. We just listened to a years of a mislead, lying falsehood of a trial. It’s time we should take the high road and ignore their stupidity. Speaking of stupidity how about changing some silly laws that are still on the books we could start with Biden’s mishap that would fix them and think of the humor involved especially on late night TV. Kill them with humor and kindness the rest would take care of itself and maybe just maybe they might gain some common sense and convert the world into believing America is really great.

There is a lot to consider: legally, politically, and practically. He should be punished. he should be protected from any possible attempt to blackmail the president. I suggest he be fined the maximum for each charge, placed in home confinement with daily drug checks which he should pay for, and should receive a suspended sentence of prison for the average amount of time that all other citizens receive for the same convictions to take effect if he violates any conditions of his sentence. If Trump receives any sentence interfering with his campaign, then Hunter should receive the same sentence in addition to the previously described one.

Why do you have to equate Biden and Trump? There is no comparison between them.

But I’ll bet he doesn’t, not even 10 days.
