Would You Feel Safe Living in New York City?

Would You Feel Safe Living in New York City?

Here’s The Scoop

In a shocking revelation on “Fox & Friends,” Fox Business anchor Charles Payne recounted the harrowing experience of his niece being shot in Harlem merely two weeks ago.

This tragic incident took place on the very street Payne grew up on, underscoring the escalating gang violence that continues to plague New York City.

“These guys – the gang violence is on the rise so much, it’s so underreported,” Payne lamented, painting a grim picture of the city’s current state.

Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. Payne’s niece, who no longer resides in the neighborhood, was attending a memorial when she and her friend became unintended victims of a gang shootout.

“But this gang thing has really been amazing, I had no idea it was this bad. It’s really bad,” Payne added, emphasizing the dire situation.

Meanwhile, prominent conservatives like Sean Hannity have already taken drastic steps to ensure their safety and align with their values.

Hannity recently announced his relocation from New York to Florida, stating, “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”

He praised Florida for its leadership under politicians who share his values, like Gov. Ron DeSantis and Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott.

Hannity’s move is part of a broader exodus from Democrat-led states, driven by “high taxes, burdensome regulations, high crime [and] horrible school districts.”

As he pointed out, those who have left these states for more conservative regions are overwhelmingly pleased with their decision.

With such alarming crime rates and deteriorating conditions, one has to wonder: is staying in New York worth the risk?

There’s not enough money in the world that would make me move to NYC…. I have two grown children living in Manhattan. It’s a constant worry. New York City has gone nuts. Where is “common sense” leadership?

Live in a city with 36,000 cops and a still ridiculous crime rate where they use the National Guard to abrogate my Constitutional rights? Yeah, right…

This is your typical blue city, crime is not prosecuted, the end result is very unsafe, many stores are closing down due to the constant theft, NY is drying up, and yes, they deserve it.
