President Joe Biden confirmed that he will announce his nominee for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer’s replacement by the end of February.
Biden said he will nominate a Black woman as Breyer’s replacement, saying “it’s long overdue.”
“I’ve made no decision except one: The person I will nominate will be someone of extraordinary qualifications, character, experience and integrity. And that person will be the first Black woman ever nominated to the United States Supreme Court,” Biden said.
“In the end, I will nominate a historic candidate, someone who is worthy of Justice Breyer’s legacy.”

The whole point of the Constitution of the United States is to REJECT preferring one race or gender over another instead of basing choices on merit. The Supreme Court’s who job is to defend the Constitution. To deliberately go against the Constitution in order to choose someone to help defend the Constitution is not only irony, but flying in the face of the laws of the land. How about this administration just do something right for a change, if Biden has the chance to make a Court pick. Choose a seasoned and well-respected judge with a reputation for undisputed fairness, huh? Please?

What Biden did was racist!!!!! He went out and found a black woman to fit his needs not the country’s HIS!!!! Now imagine he said he want to pick the best most qualified white man😳holy shit the world would implode!!! Both ways are racist!!! How about we do what’s best for everyone and hire not on skin color or gender (only 2 by the way) but by best qualified most knowledgeable and willing to up hold our constitution!!! If they are black pink purple, woman or man won’t matter as long as they are the best!!!!
